Decree No. 41/2009 amending Decree No. 3/97 creating the Chókwè Public Water Istitution E. P. (HICEP).

This Decree amends the Statute of the Chókwè Public Water Institution E. P. (HICEP), created by Decree No. 3/97. This Statute, consisting of 5 Chapters, mainly aims at planning the supply and distribution of water, managing land, water, water infrastructures and costumers' organization in administration, operations and maintenance of these infrastructures for the whole irrigated perimeter of Chókwè (divided in different water sectors).
