Commission Directive 2013/3/EU amending Directive 98/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council to extend the inclusion in Annex I thereto of the active substance thiamethoxam to product-type 18.
This Directive amends Annex I to Directive 98/8/EC concerning the placing of biocidal products on the market. In particular it extends the inclusion of the active substance thiamethoxam to product-type 18.
