These Regulations implement the Co-operatives Act 1996 by specifying matters relating to the operation, management and administration of co-operatives; prescribing certain forms and procedures relating to co-operatives; specifying the content of registers required to be kept by co-operatives; and by prescribing fees and infringements for the purposes of the Act.
