The present Ordinance implements various articles of the Veterinary Law of 30 August 2007. Article 1 establishes that the competent Office determines the necessary number of bee inspectors as well as of valuation experts. Furthermore, the Office assigns a particular area to bee inspectors. The text consists of 46 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: Organization (I); Activities of animal health care and running of veterinary surgeries (II); Handling of drugs (III); Disposal of non-edible animal products (IV); Animal protection (V); Trade in animals (VI); Fees and financing (VII); Final provisions (VIII).
