Commission Regulation (EU) No. 663/2013 establishing a prohibition of fishing for Common sole in areas VIIIa and VIIIb by vessels flying the flag of Spain.
The fishing quota allocated to Spain for common sole in areas VIIIa and VIIIb is deemed to be exhausted. Therefore this Regulation prohibits fishing for that stock in those waters by vessels flying the flag of or registered in Spain.
