The present Ordinance implements the Hamburg Noise Protection Law of 30 November 2010. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the designation of authorities responsible for the efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Law in Hamburg. The text consists of 3 articles.
