This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of state registration of forest fund with a view of organization of conservation, protection, afforestation, reforestation and management thereof, for the purpose of providing reliable and updated systemized information to state bodies, legal and natural persons concerned. State registration of forest fund shall be annual and periodic updated to 1 January following registration year. Periodic registration shall be performed once in five years. All the forest plots of area of 0.05 ha shall be subject to compulsory state registration that shall be performed by state forestry institution State forest management organization.
