The purpose of the present Ordinance is to implement the Animal Breeding Law 2009 (LGBl. No. 14/2009). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to breeding of animals in Upper Austria. The text consists of 38 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Introduction (1); Recognition of breeding organizations (2); Activities of breeding organizations (3); Insemination banks and transfer of embryos (4); Final provisions (5). Five Annexes are enclosed.
