Regulation on the implementation of national observer programs and ICCAT regional observer on vessels engaged in tuna fishing (Thunnsu thynnus) and boats used for tow cages for transfer of tuna (2013).

This Regulation determines the correct and necessary methods and standards for the mandatory implementation of the program of national and regional observers related to the tuna fishing sector (tuna fishing and tuna transfer/transport vessels on the Croatian territory during the year 2013). The Annex is an integrate part of this Regulation.
