Regulation on the examination program for commercial fishing, form and manner for the correct issuance of certificates of competency for commercial fishing and the form, content and manner of keeping the Register of issued certificates.

This Regulation provides for: the examination program for commercial fishing on the territory of the Croatian Republic; the composition of the examination committee and the necessary method of examinations for professional qualifications (commercial fishing); the correct form for the certificate of competency for commercial fishing and the presentation of certificates with or without the examination; the form, content and manner of keeping the Register of issued certificates. The Annex is an integrate part of this Regulation.
