Ordinance on competences under the Regulation (EC) No. 166/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the establishment of a European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register.

The present Ordinance implements the Regulation (EC) No. 166/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the establishment of a European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register of 15 October 2008. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the efficient and correct enforcement of the afore-mentioned EC Regulation.
