Commission Regulation (EU) No. 786/2014 establishing a prohibition of fishing for greater silver smelt in Union and international waters of V, VI and VII by vessels flying the flag of Ireland.

The fishing quota allocated to Ireland for fishing for Greater silver smelt in European Union and international waters of V, VI and VII for 2014 is deemed to be exhausted as from 25 June 2014. Therefore this Regulation prohibits fishing for that stock in those waters to all fishing vessels flying the flag of or registered in Ireland, as from that date.
