This Order, consisting of 4 articles, regulates the deadline for obtaining the grant of the use of water resources or to be registered as water users for regular performance of rural activities by users that capture water in the springs of the State of Pernambuco. It establishes the term of one year from the date of publication of this Order to obtain the grant of loans by financial institutions to use water resources. During this period, water users should be registered as water users (model forms are available on the website of the Pernambuco Water and Climate Agency (APAC) http://www.apac.pe .gov.br.
