This Resolution approves Operating Norm No. 22 (NOPINEA 22) for the issuance of the Environmental Certificate (CRCA) for marketing of pesticides and phytosanitary products within the State of Rio de Janeiro, according the decision of the Council Director of the State Environmental Institute (INEA).
