This Law regulates: the subject and aim of geological exploration; conditions and manner of their programming; design and implementation; the organization of geological surveys; use of the results obtained by the studies; as well as the supervision of the application of provisions of this Law on the territory of the Republic of Srpska. The Law is divided into 5 Chapters and 65 articles, including the offences and related penalties.
