This Resolution, consisting of eight articles, establishes the requirements to extend the Conduct Adjustment Term (TAC) as a licence extension for the enforcement of works, which aims to promote the adequacy of effective or potentially polluting activities with environmental legislation, by setting obligations and conditions that should be strictly enforced in order to stop, adjust or correct the adverse effects. In addition, it regulates the Operating Environmental Authorization (AAF). It is intended to allow, exceptionally, the operation of the activity with a view to its adequacy to their environmental control standards, within the period provided by TAC.
