Healthy Eating in Schools (Nutritional Standards and Requirements) (Wales) Regulations 2013 (S.I. No. 1984 (W. 194) of 2013).

These Regulations require food and drink provided to pupils in maintained schools and pupil referral units in Wales to comply with certain nutritional standards. A local authority or governing body of a maintained school has a duty to secure that applicable provisions of the regulations are complied.
