This Regulation prescribes all necessary conditions, methods and administrative application forms for the state subsidy for fuel use in agriculture (euro diesel and diesel fuel D2 diesel). As defined by this Regulation, every legal entity, entrepreneur and/or individual holder of a commercial agricultural activity on the territory of the Republic of Serbia has the right to obtain the use of the subsidy for fuel according to the measures for the state incentives for the agricultural development. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
