This Law governs the production, organization of production, purchase, handling, processing and marketing of raw tobacco, and the production and sale of tobacco products on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This Law also sets the classification of all plant species to be considered under the terms here prescribed, including the technical and administrative provisions and other market and trading issues. The Law is divided into VIII Chapters and 51 articles, including the offences and related penalties.
