This Regulation provides for various rules and provisions aimed to define the preservation and protection practices and measures for forests and forest land, in order to strength their functions, including the planning in forestry and forest management, economic functions, biological regeneration, state funding, supervision of the application of this Regulation, penalty provisions and other issues relevant to forests and forest lands on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
