Executive Decree No. 31/15 classifying as National Historic-Cultural Heritage some properties located in Mbanza Kongo, Province of Zaire.

This Executive Decree, consisting of 4 articles, establishes the classification of the «Cemetery of Kings of Kongo, Yala Nkuwu, Dona Mpolo Tomb, Evangelical Baptist Church, St. Anthony's Church, Church of Nossa Senhora da Conceição, Mpidi-to-Tady, Swinguilu, Former Prison of the Colonial Government, Home Secretaries of the kings of Kongo and Tadydya-Bukikwa» as a National Historical-Cultural heritage, located in Mbanza Kongo, Province of Zaire. It establishes as well that entities of the State Local Government are responsible for taking measures for their protection and enhancement.
