This Decree regulates article 8 of Complementary Law, creating the Mato Grosso Rural Environmental Programme - MT LEGAL. It establishes the Provisional authorization for Rural Activity Operation - APF under the Environmental License in order to authorise the performance of agricultural and livestock extensive and semi-extensive activities, until 31 August 2017. These activities are allowed only if filled the following requirements: registration of the rural property in the rural Environmental Registry - CAR; filling standard application of the APF, available on the virtual page of the Secretary of State for the Environment; subscription of the Environmental Commitment Agreement - TCA by the owner, possessor or legal representative of rural property, provided it is equipped with public attorney with specific powers to act.
