Regulation amending the Regulation on conditions for placing on the market of aquaculture, its purpose, and manner of official controls in marketing of aquaculture.

This Regulation amends various provisions part of the Regulation on conditions for placing on the market of aquaculture, its purpose, and manner of official controls in marketing of aquaculture (Official Gazette 85/2013). Major amendments are regarding the general definitions and denominations; and inspection and monitoring provisions. This Regulation also changes the contents of the Annex II. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
