Regulation on the form and content and method of issuing and revoking of the official identification badge and form of the official veterinary identification badge/card.

This Regulation prescribes the form, official content and manner for the authorized issuance and revocation of the official identification badge for veterinary service personnel, as well as the content and manner of related data collection. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
