This Regulation defines the special safety requirements for natural mineral water in terms of food safety and quality, microbiological composition, inspection and data exchange, additional hygiene rules, and other relevant issues. This Regulation is aligned with Council Directives related to the subject here defined. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
