This Act, consisting of two Parts, addresses certain matters relating to water management to the Commonwealth Parliament, to repeal the Murray-Darling Basin Act 1996 and to amend for particular purposes the Land Act 1994, the Land Title Act 1994, the Water Act 2000 and particular water resource plans.
