This Regulation, consisting of 36 sections divided into four Parts and completed by one Schedule, provides for restrictions of water use in special areas including the engagement in aquaculture, intensive livestock or agriculture; installation or operation of sewage disposals; and the pollution of waters. The Schedule specifies offences as penalty notice offences and prescribes authorized officers for the purposes of issuing penalty notices. The Regulation further provides for: the performance of plumbing or drainage work, including the requirement of a permit to carry out the work and for applications for the granting of permits.
