This Law amends various articles provided by the Environmental Protection Law (Official Gazette 135/2004, 36/2009, 36/2009, 72/2009 and 43/2011). Major changes are related to the general terms, denominations and definitions; polluters sanctioning principles; transport of specimens of wild flora and fauna; Serbian standards for environmental management; National Register of pollution sources; certain financing issues and other administrative provisions.
