This Act may be cited as the Cooperative Societies (Amendment) Act 2015 and shall be read together with the Cooperative Societies Laws of 1985 to (Ref. 2), 2014 (hereinafter referred to as the "basic law") and the basic law time this law may be referred to collectively as the Cooperative Societies laws of 1985 to 2015. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings, collaborative company registration requirements, agreement on the transfer, if granted the approval of the Central Bank, etc.
