These Regulations are enacted pursuant to the provision of the second paragraph of Article 39 of the Forestry Act. The Regulations provide for the procedures and requirements for the registration of state-owned forests, public forests, and their collateral trees and bamboos. A registered forest will be eligible for receiving the relevant guidance and incentives.
