Governor’s Decree No. 332 validating the Regulation on public service related to acceptance of reports on forest management, forest conservation, forestry protection measure, afforestation and reforestation.

This Governor’s Decree regulates relations concerning rendering public service and assistance in acceptance of reports on forest management, forest conservation, forestry protection measure, afforestation and reforestation. The scope shall be to ensure the right of forest managers and users to submit the aforesaid reports to public authority, official registration of forest data and dissemination of information obtained from reports and related to state of forests. The Decree establishes administrative proceedings related to submittal and acceptance of data and information related to state of forests.
