This Resolution, consisting of 27 articles divided into 9 Chapters, implements the Programmes for Agricultural Production, Fisheries and Aquaculture Development, and Rural and Forestry Sanitation of Santa Catarina. It establishes that the implementation of these Programmes will be made pursuant to this Resolution, subject to the applicable legislation. The beneficiaries of these Programmes are: farmers, farmers' associations, cooperatives and exclusively for the Forest Programme of Santa Catarina, the qualified professionals.
