This Regulation defines various rules and provisions aimed to regulate the small coastal fishing and related issues on the territory of the Republic of Croatia. This Regulations provides for the purpose, type and quantity of fishing gear and equipment that can be used; number of participants; criteria for the formation of the ranking list of participants in the small coastal fishing; contents of the form, conditions and manner of issuing privileges/authorizations; content and method of keeping the Register of licenses for small-scale coastal fishing. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
