This Regulation lays down detailed rules implementing Regulation (EU) No. 1306/2013 on the financing, management and monitoring of the common agricultural policy. It defines the procedure for the accreditation of paying agencies in Member States and sets out rules and principles applicable to the financial management of the funds.
