These Rules are enacted to effectively regulate the management and operation of grain loans. The Text consists of 76 Articles divided into 9 Chapters: Loan issuance (I); Use of loan (II); inventory supervision (III); Loan recovery (IV); Risk management (V); Credit sanctions (VI); Archives management (VII); Liabilities (VIII); Supplementary provisions (IX). The Measures shall be also applicable to operating procedures for the management of loans for oil and fat acquisition and reserve.
