These Standards are formulated in accordance with Article 20, Paragraph 2 of the Air Pollution Control Act. These Standards shall apply to newly established, modified, or existing stationary pollution sources. Public and private premises with stationary pollution sources that emit air pollutants shall comply with these Standards. However, separately established emissions standards for specially designated industry categories, areas, or facilities shall take priority over these Standards.
