These Regulations are determined pursuant to Article 24, Paragraph 3 of the Air Pollution Control Act. The Regulations provide for the application, review procedures, issuance, cancellation, revocation, granting and suspension of commissions by the central competent authority, and other binding matters for installation and operating permits for stationary pollution sources.
