These Rules, consisting of 20 Articles, are formulated in accordance with the provisions in Article 76 of the Waste Disposal Act. The responsibilities of the central competent authority, local competent authorities and enforcement authorities are set forth in the Rules ( art.2-4). The waste clearance and disposal permit documents referred to in Article 46, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the Waste Disposal Act include waste clearance permits, waste disposal permits and waste clearance and disposal permits issued pursuant to the permit management regulations for public and private waste clearance and disposal organizations (art.17).
