Regional state nature reserves “Labyshkinskiye gory” (Labyshkin Mountains) and “Gora Lobach” (Lobach Mountain) shall be classified as complex, constituted with a view of conservation of unique natural forest ecosystems, rare and endangered wild fauna and wild flora species, and biological diversity. It shall perform the following functions: (a) conservation, reproduction of natural complexes and ecosystems, natural habitats of rare, endangered wild fauna and wild flora species; (b) environmental monitoring; (c) scientific research (d) regulation of recreational activity; and (e) ecological education. The following activities shall be prohibited: (a) exploration and mining; (b) soil disturbance; (c) timber extraction (clear cutting); (d) application of toxic chemicals, mineral fertilizers and pesticides; and (e) gathering of zoological, botanical and mineral collections.
