This Regulation establishes the Center for Research and Practice on Animal Health under the University of Siirt. The Regulation also provides for the main objectives and the scope of activity of the Center which is to improve and modernize veterinary health services. It further sets forth the governing bodies, their duties and responsibilities. The Regulation also covers the rules and procedures regarding the management and administration.
