Resolution 15-09 Establishing Guidelines for the Implementation of the Recommendation [Rec. 11-15] by ICCAT on Penalties Applicable in the Case of Non-Fulfilment of Reporting Obligations.

This Resolution of the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT), requires the Commission to follow the schedule and steps set forth in this Resolution to guide application of paragraph 3 of Recommendation 11-15 (Recommendation by ICCAT on penalties applicable in case of non-fulfilment of reporting obligations). To facilitate the reporting of zero catches as required under paragraph 3 of Recommendation 11-15, the specified process and procedures will apply.
