Fees for Regulatory Services under the Nuclear Materials and Radioactive Waste Act.

This Standard is enacted in accordance with the Article 47 of the Nuclear Materials and Radioactive Waste Management Act. The competent authorities when implementing administration, accepting application for approval and(/or) issuing license according to this Act, may charge inspection fee, review fee, and(/or) license fee. This Standard provides for the fee scale.
