The Enforcement Rules are stipulated in accordance with the Ionizing Radiation Protection Act. When drawing up a radiation protection plan, the facility operator shall consider the items as prescribed in Article 2. When applying for a production permit for radioactive material, a plan for the test run and photocopies of operators’ licenses and radiation protection personnel certificates shall, upon completion of the facility construction, be submitted to the Competent Authority for approval to proceed with the test run.
