This Decree applies to all Italian based public institutions and organizations classified as research organizations/institutes also in various environmentally related activities and sectors, scientific and technological research public entities, agricultural and many other fields as listed in the text. The rules here provided are aimed to set concrete simplification modifications to be applied under the terms of the article 13 of the Law no. 124 from 7 August 2015 on delegations to the Government on the reorganization of public administrations.
