Communications, Climate Action and Environment (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2017 (S.I. No. 314 of 2017).

This Order provides for the delegation of powers (other than the power to prosecute an offence) and duties of Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment conferred on him or her by or under various Acts and Regulations listed in the Schedule to this Order to the Minister of State at the Department of Communications, Climate Action and Environment. Acts include various fisheries Acts and the Continental Shelf Acts. Regulations include environmental and wildlife protection Regulations.
