This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of eight articles and three Annexes, implements provisions due to art. 31 point 3 of Act on integrated environmental prevention and control of environmental pollution which are particulars of the application for a certificate of proficiency (art. 1); professional competence of the applicant (art. 2); emission limits determined for individual substances or for groups or categories of related substances (art. 4); information system on integrated pollution prevention and control (art. 5).
