This Law officially confirms the adoption of the provisions stipulated by the Nuclear Safety Convention (originally signed in Wien, Austria, on 17 June 1994), regarding the importance to the international community of ensuring the safe, controlled and environmentally sustainable use of nuclear energy. The complete text of the above mentioned Convention is also part of this publication.
