This Decree sets the rules and requirements as regards the necessary approval/homologation and related packaging issues in international transport of dangerous goods (including the provisions for various stages of handling with such goods, monitoring provisions, and other technical issues). This text is also in accordance with the European agreement on international transport of dangerous goods by road, concluded in Geneva on 30 September 1957; European agreement on international transport of dangerous goods by inland waterways, concluded in Geneva May 26, 2000 (and other related agreements and documents).
