The President decrees as follows: (a) the executive body responsible for the implementation of the project, the targeted and effective use of loans, as well as ensuring the achievement of all the target indicators of the project, shall be the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan; and (b) functions for management and coordination of project implementation shall be assigned to the Center for the Implementation of Investment Projects in Agriculture and Water Management under the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The President validates technical and economic substantiation of the project.
