These Specifications are developed to strengthen the management of feed additives and ensure the quality and safety of feeds and feed additives. The competent authorities of feed additives of the people's governments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government shall comply with the provisions of these Specifications, and shall not issue a certification document for the production license of feed additives that are below the content indicator of the Specifications or the production process is not consistent with the Specifications.
